| I have a 5 month old boy and am currently trying to lose the baby weight, got about a stone left. I am doing interval training 3 times a week on the rowing machine, cross trainer and the treadmill and I don't have the resistance very high.I want to make sure I don't get chunky legs and that I slim down, how do I do this? Am I doing the best exercise to lose the weight? |

| Long cardio is best if you don't want to build muscle. I personally feel like rowing builds more leg muscle than running, but everyone is different. Try to do some upper body cardio too, if you can. Try swimming, boxing, or fast circuit training on machines or with dumbells (low weight, lots of reps). Good luck |
