If you are using home weights alternate days that you work your legs with your days you work your arms.Include some cardiovascual activity such as aerobics or running....something you enjoy...could be tennis or a sport.Don't think you have to have a personal trainer. Just come up with a schedule and stick to it.

Protein drinks are PACKED with carbohydrates- watch that!If I were you, this is what I would do:Use any of the weight lifting classes they have, at my gym, they have the Les Mills programs and Body Pump is great!!!Monday- ABS!!! Sides, lower, and upper!!! Also do your back and glutes.Teusday- Triceps, Biceps, forearm, and shouldersWednesday- LegsThursday- ABS!!!Friday- ArmsSaturday- LegsSunday- rest day!It is not a fast process. It took my dad two years to get totally ripped and toned, so be patient.
