I need to loose some pounds..... (10 points!!!)?

Exercise more! Eat more fruits and veggies! Forget about sugars, curbs, and fat! Drink a lot of water (and I mean a lot, but make sure that you go to the bathroom steady). Walk or run! Eat whole wheat grain, control portions! You kinda have to be a little hungry after you eat! (not stuffed ) GOOGLE "CALORIE COUNTER" and download it into your computer. This will help you track your calorie intake.Also you can go to discovery health national body challenge and register for free, they give you diet and exercise program with recipes and video workout! I did this program, it's Great!Good luck!!!

well if you just want to lose 5-10 pounds that will be pretty easy just start a little workout routine maybe start by walking or jogging a mile or so a day if your not that active you can just walk it. Also just start eating more fruits and veggies. you can also start eating less calories and just exercise somemore. so remember less calories and more exercise and you should be able to drop those pounds in a couple of weeks. But there is really no way to do it in 5 days. inless you binge and purge aka an eating disorder

IT depends on wehter you want it to be long term or not. There isn't really a way to lose that amount healthily and keep it off in 5 days. But there are alot of diets you can use that will get it off. But you will put it back on again pretty quick. There are a whole heap of fad diets that work on losing water weight.apparently if you do the following you will lose weight in 5 days, combine with exercise and i assume you'll lose even more1.
