Just eat greens like salads, vegetables. You cal also eat lean protein like chicken and fish.Don't eat rice, bread, and any sweets like cakes, muffins, pancakes, chocolate.Running is a very good way to lose weight. Run in the morning and at night.

5 days I'm not so sure, but A few years ago I lost 6 pounds in a week by just eating very healthily and taking an hour long power walk at night while holding 5 pound weights in each hand, then doing 100 jumping jacks afterwards (the power walk is best done on a treadmill, but around your block should be fine as well). Also drink tons of water, and just do simple things like when you can, take stairs instead of elevators and just those kinds of things. Hope I helped!

as far as eating goes, try to eat as healthily as possible (salad not ice cream, etc.). also only eat when you are hungry, not just because it's 'dinnertime'. make sure you eat breakfast b/c that jumpstarts your metabolism, which helps you lose weight.for exercise, you can go for runs or work out. also, you will look more in shape if you do abs (planks, crunches, etc.), but if you truly need to lose weight this may actually add to your muscle mass...hope this helps! good luck!

Plain and simple, it's not healthy to loose that much weight in a week. However, you could lower the sodium in your diet for a week and you'd loose a bunch of water weight. The healthy way to loose weight is to consume less calories than you burn off in a day. So it takes some research to figure out how many calories are in what foods and how many calories are burned doing certain exercises. Like I said though, if you're in rush, cut out the salt, drink water (it helps remove water, weird I know), and exercise to get rid of that water weight.

OKAY.... definatly dont overeat i mean just watch yourself like 3 meals a day no desert or snacks! and make sure the 3 meals a day are HEALTHY ... okay on top of that you should work out everyday for at least and hour i would normally say 30 minutes but becuase you have such a short time frame that it what you are gonna have 2 do. but DONT overwork yourself its not worth ruining ur body 2 loose a couple of pounds i cant give u much advice on the actual working out schedule because i dont know your resources such as gym equiptment ect... okay but you should streatch b4 and after each workout to prevent pulling sometihing okay i hope everything works out! |

mmm.. in 5 days??well lower your calorie intake to 800-1200 a day. exercise alot. by doing alot of siitups, crunches, running, go up and down stairs, stretches. Drink plenty of water. Take out most carbs, fatty foods and take a bit of sugar out.Dont take all of sugar out because when sugar levels are low, it effects body. Makes you faint, feel dizzy and ill. Dont go crazyy. It wouldn't end with a good result. Hope that helps. x

It is not healthy to lose 10 lbs in 5 days...2-3 lbs per week is healthy. I can personally say that when I had oral surgery, I could not eat for a few days, lost 10 lbs in 5 days...I was physically weak and depressed for at least a month after, and it threw me off in a number of other ways. In terms of relatively healthy ways to lose weight quickly, go to the gym and do 30-45 minutes of cardio each day, make sure you drink lots of water, have a glass of milk every day if you're not a milk person, and eat bran muffins. I also find eating a good number of vegetables to be helpful...roughage and whole grains tend to clear out one's intestines if you know what I'm saying. A good way to eat veggies is to steam them, rather than cooking with alot of oil. etc. NOT suggesting use as a laxative, but they are good for you, and they will help you out. Also remember that with exercise, a gain in weight shouldn't be a downer- muscle weighs more than fat, and you would still be losing size. During the 5 days you could also cut out refined sugar/white breads/non whole grain pasta/sodas/fried foods, etc. Also you could avoid having more than one glass of juice per day. I recommend 5 smaller meals more than I recommend 3 meals...everyone tends to get hungry between meals, which will make you want more calories.Hopefully you will enjoy eating healthier, stick with it:)
