ok so is there anyway to loose maybe 5-10 pounds in 5 days without having an eating disorder? How can I do this? (exercise, fitness, etc.) that's for ur help and 10 points or best answer fo show;)

all u have to do is watch the number of calories u eat a day. u have to burn more thatn u eat (calories) to loose weight. thats what i did it worked great!! good luck!!

You can't do this in 5 days. You can lose 5 pounds in a moth. Weight watchers online is awesome

I said this before...Film a training montage, run in the morning around places, then go up stairs and when you reach the top jump around like crazy while listening to Eye of the Tiger.Have fun!

watch what you eat obviously.aka eat salads and stuff that are healthy for you to keep you healthy but dont over-eat.and just take like an hour run each morning/day/night whatever you like.5 days is kinda hard to do that but ive done it before :)if you have the wii fit that helps too! : )

You could probably loose that much in water weight just by doing cardio about a hour a day and eating about 1500 calories of healthy foods. A longer term goal could be more rewarding with loosing fat not muscle and water weight.

wish it was easy. Good Luck.Check out the Abs Diet. Its give great food and a fun exercise plan. May not get 10, but I think you could do 5 is you're good about it.

Weight watchers, you can loose 5 pound in one week if not more. Or I know that you can do the southbeach diet. You can find a lot of info on the web. Good luck!
