Running/Jogging for 3-4mile orWalking on incline for 30mins.which is better for FAST weight loss??

My wife has tried all sorts to lose weight but nothing has worked just as good as the wu yi tea that she drinks, it's been covered on CNN and Fox News. She lost 7 pounds in four weeks. She gets it off a friend at work but I found this site in Google; www.Wu-YiNow.com - they have a free trial on at the moment, maybe they're worth a try?

I have tried all kinds of fad diets.Low carb - works great... but your breathe smells, its boring and you gain it all back.I am down 30lbs in 3 months all due to calorie counting. Its a matter of eating less than what you burn in a day. http://caloriecount.about.com/ - free site you can join where you log the food and it tells you how many calories youare eating.Add in any weight loss (both of what you put above) and you will see great results.As for the two you put above - I would cross train them. Do the run/job on even days and walk on incline on the odd days. Mix it up to trick your body and you will do great!Good Luck!

Both the process will show better results if you do it regularly and sincerely. Along with it drink lots of water, fresh fruits, vegetables to your diet. If possible go for small meals through out the day. You start with one and than go for the other or mix it up you will enjoy doing them.
