Both are good, but I think running is better for cardio, since it involves the whole body more inclusively.

Running is by far the best. I personally have trouble running due to a bad knee so I do cycling and it does work.

Running is the BEST way to get your heart pumping and your calories burning! BUT, its also very tough on your knees and joints. Cycling is also a good workout, so don't think that you HAVE to run to get a good cardio workout, just make sure you make every moment count!

Cycling..Speed requires you to breath differently than running, and the breathing in any cardio work out is what makes all the difference.

running is the best for your cardio but cycling is better on your knees so when you cycle just go twice as far

hi.If you ask me I will choose cycling, because running pressures more your articulations. Also as man I want to keep my muscles untouched during cardio, so running again is not good choice. It is hard to keep constant temp during running or cycling. So I recommend you to choose veloergometer in the gym. This is the best cardio exercise. It burns fats, helps you keep constant temp and even can put some muscles on your leg during diet (this is proven) - no other cardio exercise can do it.But if your choice is still between running and cycling choose cycling, because it won't burn so much muscles and won't burn your muscles - you need them:)Hope my opinion is helpful for you. Feel free to mail me if you have more questions. I will be glad to help.

It depends. For my cross country practice, we used the bikes once a week to give our joints a break. I never really decided whether I liked these days or not. Aerobically they feel the same depending on how fast you are going. I think if I had to choose, though, that I would pick running because it works more muscles than cycling does.
