A nurse told me that your weight varies by three to five pounds before/after you go to the bathroom.

No in a word, short of dehydrating yourself seriously, but this would have a negative effect on your helth. It may sound gross, but try and empty your bowels and bladder, thats probably the safest and quickest way to loose a bit of weight without putting your health at risk.Short of that, theres no other way that you could do it without putting yourself at risk of illness Im afraid.

Other than going to the bathroom, probably not. But that just comes right back anyways.

There is no chance to lose 2lbs. Maybe a pound if you haven't drank or eaten anything in the past few hours. You would have to wear a sweatsuit and exercise until you lost weight in water, but 2lbs is way too much to lose in just a few hours.

i don't think that it would be healthy to lose 2lbs in one day. and even if there is, it's probably like, not to eat or drink anything, which is really kinda stupid, no offense meant, since all your weight will come right back when you begin to eat again. on top of that, because you've been starving yourself to lose that 2lbs, you might overeat and gain back more than this 2 extra pounds. i'm not saying you're starving yourself, though. i just mean IF you do decide to fast for the day to lose 2lbs by tommorow. i think you should just continue whatever you're doing (i hope it's healthy eating + exercise) to lose weight.

Get into a sauna. And don't drink any water. You might last for a day or two before you need water again.

You could possibly lose two pounds if you ate 800-1000 calories today. But DO NOT make a habit of it!Have wholemeal toast for breakfastchicken salad for lunchchicken/fish and vegetables for dinnerHave no carbohydrates in your lunch or dinner, and you may lose the weight. This is dehydration, not pure fat, but if it is the number on the scale you care for, then give this a go.
