hi i am 17 years old 5 foot 5 and not far under 13 stone ( 185 ) quite heavy for my height - i am bodybuilding - been doing it for 6 months and i am big built but not toned due to the bulking phase diet - will doing 4 days a week weight training and 2 days half hour running - and sunday football 6 a side help tone me up? i also take creatine protein and ran out of glutamine but will be getting more will this work ?i have not been doing this cardio while bulking

Unfortunate as it is you cannot add and take away at the same time. Bulk for however many weeks. Cut for a couple weeks. Follow a bodybuilders lifestyle (the magazines are full of lies). The winners look fat on their off season. They bulk up and cut right before the shows. No cardio or diets while bulking or you have wasted time and supplement money.
