|
|
| I am 153 lbs and I am 5' 10". I have an athletic build. I have weighed about the same since I played volleyball and swam two years ago, give or take a few lbs. BUT I have noticed some layers of fat over my muscle. and I want to lose that. It's unnecessary fat tissue. AND its' seen mainly below the waist, in my butt and thighs and some in the hips. Which, I know, is common for women. Let's just say I am not exactly happy about what I see in the mirror, I have lost some of my muscle tone from my sports days : ( lolI do have an average BMI, but I don't look at that because most times that test is very inaccurate. So please don't tell me that I have a perfectly normal BMI, because that will not help me.I have calculated my BMR, Basal Metabolic Rate, aka the calories my body needs to burn per day. Off and on I exercise, but I want to get into a regular routine. So right now I am lightly active. My total, BMR including my activity is around 2000 calories. If I consume 500 less than that each day, maybe 250 in exercise and 250 less consumed, can I lose that excess fat in a few months? my routine would consist of lots of high intensity cardio and some weight training. and of course I'm gonna eat healthy.thanks! |

| i think that plan would be great!! and im sure your not overweight.. because that is probroally muscle which makes it easy to burn off the fat.. and leave some muscle just work on cardio and maybe an exercise ball' http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AqrPLCNz1hVtchAuZlQX5Krsy 6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20081014161141AALqzg7 |
