ok so i am an 18 year old guy and i recently apllied to model, and they love me, but they want me to start tryin to put on muscle so il get better jobs for them.i am 5' 10" and 135 lbsi can eat anything any never gain or lose weight.. i wrestled for two years at 135 lbs and am STILL 135.. even over the summer...i am currently joining a swim team, or two.my questions are as follows:what and how should i eat?andhow and when should i work out to get a 6-pack or 8-pack and excelent pecks and good shoulders and of course mind blowing arms.. and leggs are good too.. pretty much a full body work out.. and i need this muscle to come sorta fast.. i realize that roids suck so no stupid comments please.thanks=]

Sorry but you are a ectomorph, reality is you wont be as muscular as some of the other body types but you can gain muscle. Read up on how to gain weight for ectomorphs and you will see, for you to gain a nice toned body will be easy, do ab workouts every 3rd day and every other body muscle twice a week and EAT A SHIT LOAD, trust me although im a mesomorph my friend is ecto and he eats double me and he needs to

first thing.. u need to lift weights doing heavier reps, and lower reps of 4-6, 6-8, you have to train each muscle once a week...workout for 40 - 60 minsmon chesttue armswed shouldersthur backfri legs3- 4 exercises per muscle at 4 sets eachsecondly u need alot more calories! but good calories.. u need to eat alot more protein and carbsu need 140 grams of protein a day, and about 250 - 300 grams of carbs per day...buy some whey protein, some glutamine, and cycle creatine on and off for 6-8 weeks..and u need to work your abs everyother day...if u are gaining a little bit of a stomach from the excess calories, then start doing more cardio.. but i doubt u need much cardio.. but if u do cardio only do 25 mins 3x a week

What Mitch S. said is not true....I am an ectomorph too and I just recently began working out...What inspired me was a friend of mine who was very skinny and an ectomorph... However he worked out often and took mega mass 4000, and now he has much bigger muscles...For someone of your body the most important thing other than actually working out is eating and taking protein supplements...do not overdo supplements however because that could mess you up
