| The formula for losing those excess pounds is simple - eat less and workout more - the issues arise when we in reality try to put that into practice! There are a lot of opportunities to fail out there don't you think?! I learned some good help by checking out the web resource in the box below, they have a lot of instruction, I melted away 6 pounds by doing as they advised. |

| noo trust me, ur not overweight. i think that's considered like the perfect weight for u. like i'm 5'4 and i'm 110 pounds. i wanna be like 105 tho. i would say ur weight is perfect. don't lose or gain anymore. =) |
