okaay, so today i had two pieces of toast, 40 cal. each. then for lunch i had a bag of lays potatoe chips and a small turkey sandwhich and a 100 calorie pack then i went swimming for an hourr and afterwards ate asparagus and a bag of grapes.i dont usually eat chips every day, just they were there and i was hungry so you knoww.but is whatt im doing okay?

You're still eating a lot of sugar and carbs. Eat more veggies, and lean meat and look for whole grain breads . You still want to eat fruit, but there are many fruits out there with a lower sugar content than grapes. And you certainly don't want to eat a whole bag of em in one go. Drink lots of water ( it will help you feel full). And try to stay away from processed foods like chips and those 100 calorie packs.
