| I'm looking for a good routine that sets up what I do each day. I want to work biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, legs, and back. (I only do about one or two exercises each but try to mix it up each time, I do pilates for abs.) I'm looking for something likeMonday these musclesTuesday theseWednesday cardio onlyAnd so forthAlso, does it matter what days I do what cardio? I will do some cardio every day (except my day of rest). I run mostly, but bike and swim as well. Might check out the other machines (stairs, ellipticals, etc.) |

| You can do 2 days upperbody and 2 days lower body. 2 days Pilates or Yoga.20-30 minutes cardio on weight training days.Mon and Thurs-upperbodyTues and Fri-lowerbodyWed and Sat-Pilates or YogaPossible upper body exercises:bicep curltricep pressdownlat pulldownrowchest pressshoulder press.Possible lower body exercises:leg presscalf presssquat lungeleg extensionleg curlcalf raise. |
