Well here is my story last year around november i was 6' 8" at 238 pounds and i was only 15, soph in high school. I never liked to work out only play video games. Then I knew that wrestling was going to start and i made a commitment to lose weight during the season. I did, i lost about 40 pounds and weighed at 190 at the end of the season. But i still didn't have the body i was expecting. So then i asked around the highschool for a new sport. Somone had told me about Crew and i did that for the remainder of my school year and it was awsome i dropped 20 pounds and weighed at 170. then over the summer i ran or tried to run 5 miles everyday of the week to lose fat. I already started to see the definition coming out of my stomach. Now im a junior in highschool and i just had finished fall crew and weigh around 165 but i have alot of excess skin on my stomach. You can see the six pack coming out more and more every month. Wrestling is starting again soon but i want to go 160 for wrestling and i was to be cut all muscle. I was thinking of trying out swimming. i also was looking through the internet and i found this program called p90x and it seems a really effective program i just need some advice to see what i should do.

Just keep at what you're doing. It sounds like it's working if you just have the patience for it. Believe me, 165 is an amazing weight for someone who's 6'8", whether you think you have too much skin around your stomach or not. Just keep working at it and keep at it. You will get it eventually. Keep it up!

All of those sports are great ways to get a six pack!Something I like to do is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3fU_8kJeXeEYes, I know, it seems really cheesy, but whenever I do that, I feel and notice a difference!
