| if i swim or jog for more than an hour i wont get sick the next day.but if i do weight trainning i will get sick the following day...is there any pills or substance that i should take?please help!btw i am 36 |

| hello dear hw r u ??u know na weight training really requires lot of energy and u have 2 eat really according 2 it u have eat that food tht give u appropriate amount of energy.actually i have never done weight traing abt my frnds have done they eat tht food tht gives them energy and provides them energy 2 burn . u knw the calories burnt in weight exercise is far more then another so u have u 2 very cautious abt ur food and donot take on dietng otherwise u will get sick very frequently.and u cannot take any pills because they will produce a -v effect so avoid them just concentrate on ur food(what u have 2 take )and thanks 4 giving me chance 2 put my view in front of u .bye and tc |
