Targetted weight loss is quite hard, some would declare impossible, but I lost a few inches from my waistline by following the guidance on the web portal in the box below. Give it a try, their help is very sensible!

Hi there... your taking the first step! deciding to do something! well done!! and good on you for looking after you body.loosing weight is easy for some, ok for some, or veeeery hard for some.but one thing is for sure.. keep trying (even if you relapse into old habits - this happens to everyone) and you will get there.k some basics:you need to burn more calories than you put in.also think of it a lifestyle change not a diet..... change small things one at a time and make them into you habits that you will stick with.eating:fresh fruit and veges, whole grains and complex carbs, good protein (eggs, chicken, lean red meat, lentils, beans, rice and veges are all food high in protein) also cut down on sugar, processed foods (musli bars, cakes, biscuits, chips, bakery items, etc)drink 2-3L of water per day (and avoid sugary drinks (fruit juices, fizzy drinks) and coffee)get plenty of sleep before midnight (important for making hormones which regulate blood sugar and appetite - to limit cravings)exercise: do something you enjoy - i find for burning fat walking is the best as its easy, enjoyable (you can listen to music or walk with a friend and chat), and not stressful. brisk walk 30-60 mins per day.pilates is good if you have chunky thighs and shoulders etc. because it lengthens and tomes muscles, making them long and lean... i like the windsor pilates 20 minute workout 3 times per week for than... it really worked for my big thighs! and also its good strength training (without making you look like a body builder)if you like swimming sure do it ( i hate it personally) as its best to do something you enjoy and that you can keep up... yes you probably will get big shoulders from this.. but still any exercise is better than none. you could also try aqua jogging if you like the water alot... looks easy but hey its actually pretty tiring!number one point though is that calories in has to be less than calories out... i use this website www.thedailyplate.com to track the foods i eat and exercise i do.... its really helpfull and you can workout how much to eat by how much activity you do and how much you weight and how much weight you want to lose.best of luck! and don't give up Smile

First of all, my best suggestion is to learn to eat healthy. http://www.easy-weightloss-tips.com/eat-healthy.htmlThat means understand the food pyramid, the food groups, the recommended servings, etc. That is how you should eat for life! If you eat that way and have 3 small, healthy meals a day and 2 small, healthy snacks, you will lose weight. Each meal should be less than 400 calories and each snack should be about 100-150 calories. Eating highly nutritious foods is the key, so think in terms of lean protein, veggies, whole-grains, fruits, low-fat dairy, and heart-healthy oils. The second option is to do a short-term "drastic diet" that is designed to last for 2 weeks max. This would take off the most weight rapidly. There are several on the site under "Diet Plans" but my favorite is the 5-4-3-2-1 diet. http://www.easy-weightloss-tips.com/5-4-3-2-1diet.htmlYou get to pick what you eat, but you're going to want to pick highly nutritious foods to keep your metabolism working efficiently. Again, the "eat healthy" page can help you determine what highly nutritious foods are, if you need help with that. If you go on the short-term diet, then once it's over, follow the guidelines on the "eat healthy" page. Make water your main source of hydration and save the sweet drinks (even diet) for special occasions. Eliminate as much salt and sugar from your diet as you can.The biggest component to fast weight loss is going to be your workout. You will want to make sure you do a good (30 minute minimum) cardio workout every day for weight loss (3 times a week is sufficient to maintain health). Activities that use the large leg muscles burn the most calories. These activities also tone the lower body quite effectively. Think in terms ofpower walking, jogging, biking, skating, swimming laps, jumping rope, dancing, racquetball, and jumping jacks. To make sure that you're burning fat, you need to be sweating and huffing and puffing. In addition, do some good stretches and some strength training. http://www.easy-weightloss-tips.com/target-exercises.htmlBreakfast ideas:1) oatmeal and fruit, skim milk2) eggs (have you seen the recent research that says people who eat 2 eggs each morning lose more weight than those who don't?) In a hurry, try hard-boiled eggs.3) whole-grained cereal, skim milk, fruit4) yogurt and fruit5)smoothie made in a blender with ice, skim milk, plain yogurt, banana, frozen berries http://www.easy-weightloss-tips.com/weight-loss-shake-recipes.html6) whole-grain toast with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or soy butter7) whole-grain bagel with egg and a slice of 2% cheese8) protein bar a a glass of skim milk for the days when you're on the runLunch or dinner ideas:Weight Watchers and Lean Cuisine frozen dinners are hard to beat. They can be ready in the microwave in 4 minutes on high (I never follow the package directions) and they really pretty delicious. Add a piece of fruit or small salad with diet dressing and you're ready to go! You'll find some really good information on the website, including about five pages of weight loss tips, printable weight loss journal pages, printable exercise log sheets, motivational ideas, healthy recipes, etc.Good luck!

Looking for a quick and easy way to lose weight? You're not alone. An estimated 50 million Americans will go on diets this year. Andwhile some will succeed in taking the weight off, very few--perhaps 5percent--will manage to keep all of it off in the long run.One reason for the low success rate is that many people look for quickand easy solutions to their weight problems. They find it hard tobelieve in this age of scientific innovations and medical miraclesthat an effortless weight-loss method doesn't exist. So they succumb to quick-fix claims like "Eat All You Want and StillLose Weight!" or "Melt Fat Away While You Sleep!" And they investtheir hopes (and their money) in all manner of pills, potions, gadgets, and programs that hold the promise of a slimmer, happierfuture. The weight-loss business is a booming industry. Americans spend anestimated $30 billion a year on all types of diet programs andproducts, including diet foods and drinks. Trying to sort out all ofthe competing claims--often misleading, unproven, or just plainfalse--can be confusing and costly. In Search of the "Magic Bullet" Some dieters peg their hopes on pills and capsules that promise to"burn,""block,""flush," or otherwise eliminate fat from the system. But science has yet to come up with a low-risk "magic bullet" forweight loss. Some pills may help control the appetite, but they canhave serious side effects. (Amphetamines, for instance, are highlyaddictive and can have an adverse impact on the heart and centralnervous system.) Other pills are utterly worthless. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and a number of state AttorneyGeneral have successfully brought cases against marketers of pillsclaiming to absorb or burn fat. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA)has banned 111 ingredients once found in over-the-counter dietproducts. None of these substances, which include alcohol, caffeine, dextrose, and guar gum, have proved effective in weight-loss orappetite suppression.Wanna follow some simple methods? See below!Win the weight:Determine with the help of your physician how much weight has to be reduced.Set several short term realistic goals .Reward yourself each time you make progress (Not food items).( Like I will buy a new sandals if I reduce this much pounds or Kgs)Even small weight losses have shown to be beneficial.Make gradual changes in eating habits. (The human body reacts negatively when calories are reduced by slowing basal metabolic rate. This makes weight loss harder.)You will lose weight when you burn more calories than you consume. Hence eating less and being more active help in losing weight.Sound eating habits keep you out of putting on weight.Stay motivated to lose weight.Slow weight loss is the safest and most effective. ( one to one and half pound per week).Gradual weight loss, promote long term loss of body fat.A person who is moderately active needs daily, 33 calories per kg of body weight to maintain his weight .Reducing calories intake by 300 per day and increasing the physical activity to burn 200 calories per day results in weight loss of 400 Gms per week.To satisfy basic nutritional needs eat a variety of foods every day. Choose from each of the five food groups milk, meat, fruit, vegetable and cereals. Balanced food plans encourage making wise choices about everyday food choices. This type of diet helps to stay at your proper weight for life.Allow for an occasional treat.Evaluate your eating pattern.Try to cut down on foods high in fats and sugar. Most successful weight – loss plans stress on reduction in both calories and the amount of fat eatenPhysical activity:Determine the type of physical activity that suits your life style.Regular aerobic exercise like brisk walking, jogging or swimming, is a key factor in achieving permanent weight loss and improving healthHealth experts recommend exercising 30 minutes or more on all, days of the week for maximum benefits. The exercises should be moderately vigorous to be most effective but not exhausting.Incorporate few simple measures to burn calories effectively. Like- taking an after dinner walk, using stairs instead of escalators or elevators, parking the car farther away to have a longer walk etc.Exercises also improve sense of well being ,decreases stress and decreases appetite in some.10 Essential Tips:Fry or sauté foods in a non-stick cook wear with low-calorie fat.Baking or boiling is recommended instead of frying.Eat high-fiber foods.Use sugar substitutes while sweetening foods and beverages.Opt for light menus in restaurants, or purchase low-calorie or reduced-fat products at the grocery store.Never skip meals. Eat three to six times a day in smaller portions to avoid getting hungry.Use a smaller plate at mealtime to satisfy your psychological need to see a full plate.Eat and chew slowly. Stop eating before you feel full. (It takes 20 minutes for the stomach to tell the brain that it is full!)Weigh yourself on a regular schedule, but don’t become a slave to your scale.Reward yourself with pleasures other than food--buy some new clothes, get a different hair style, see a movie, visit a friend, etc.Relax and (....\............../...).\....\........... /... /..\....\........../... /...\..../´¯.|.¯`\../....../... |....|....(¯ \..|.....|´¯.|´¯.| \...\..\......` ¯..¯ ´....•...\_ .......... _.•Rock on!!!
