| I have always been slender, probably due to the fact that I normally eat healthy foods and I played sports afterschool everyday for two hours. I am now an exchange student in Germany, and I have gained more weight in the past month than I have in the past three years. I bike, jog, walk, swim, or play volleyball everyday here, but the exercise is not as intense as it was in the US on a sports team. Also, the food here is mostly bread and potatoes, and my host mother cooks everything with a ton of butter. How can I lose the weight i've put on without offending my host mom and paying for an expensive gym membership? |

| have someone from the u.s. send you some workout videos like kickboxing stuff. also you can get some free weights and do some circuit training. free weights like 5-10'lbs wont get you buff, it will tone you up and build lean muscle mass that burns more fat. |
