There are some problems though:I dont want my hair to be damaged( i also straighten it)I have asthma, so its extra hard to breatheMy skin gets really dry. I am very very strong and fast swimmer(competive) and i want to go to the oylmpics. But, i need ways to keep my hair and skin healthy. How can i get my lungs stronger so its easeir on my breathing??

Nothing will improve your lung capacity and function better than actually swimming laps! The only way to get better is to do it over and over again! Eventually, the breathing component will get better. Now that's for most people...I don't know how asthma will impact that. As for your hair, I worry about that too since I color mine. There's a product I use called "wet cap" or "swim cap" or something like that, that I put on my hair before putting my swim cap on. http://www.easy-weightloss-tips.com/aquatic-exercise-for-weight-loss.h tml

So wait, you want to be in swimming, you want to lose weight, or you want advice about what to do with your cosmetic issues?I'm confused.Anyway. I don't know much about asthma and swimming. When it comes to the hair part, would this mean that you swim everyday? Either way, there are a ton of special shampoos and conditioners that help damaged hair and some specially for swimmers. I'm not sure which ones so feel free to search around. I heard that chlorine is actually pretty good for clearing acne...it worked for me but you have to keep the skin(face and body) from drying out. Use lotions that restore and lock in moisture.
