| I have to go on a school camping trip and it includes a lot of swimming, I'm just wondering I weigh the pretty average weight for an 18 year old but what are some quick ways to lose weight involving eating and exercising in about 4-5 days? Any answer would be greatly appreciated! |

| Sounds like you could benefit from a full body cleanse. A friend of mine uses a pomegranate product called Pomevie, it flushes all the waste out your system.Shes lost quite a lot of weight and she swears by the stuff. | The key for losing weight is simple - consume less and exercise more - the issues appear when we really try to put that into operation! There are a lot of opportunities to fail in the big wide world don't you think?! I uncovered some excellent help by reading the website in the box below, they have a lot of tips, I lost 6 pounds by doing as they advised. |

| Eat about 1200 calories a day and jog your little heart out!!You'll be surprised with the difference seeing as your not too big already. |

| Hey Girl. I used to good looking and then I got fat and ugly. I am losing a ton of weight and my diet is WORKING!!Anyways stay away from junk food. (Get mad at yourself if u have to). To boost your metabolism you need to drink water until you almost barf. But stop so you dont barf. Then eat like tons of vegetables between meals. If u want to lose it even faster do all of that and exercise. There is only one problem. You'll have to poop a lot. That sucks. Peace. |
