| I don't eat a lot, but when I'm honest with myself, not eating isn't healthy. Definitely, you should try to eat 3 good healthy meals every day. Also, you should try drinking more water to help improve your appetite.Above all else, though, you should ask your doctor about this. |

It depends on how much you weigh..... if you are underweight then you need to probably eat anyway. But if you aren't underweight or overweight then I would say that you are pretty healthy.... |

| You should definitely have three meals a day, no matter if you are hungry or not. Breakfast is the most important, so you should always try to have a good breakfast.Lunch doesn't have to be big, just a sandwich with an apple or something.Dinner is quite important as well, because of sleeping for quite awhile with no food.Never result to having no food, whether you feel skinny or fat. If you are swimming a lot, or exercising a lot, then maybe your body has become accustom to not eating a lot, and it may take awhile to come back to normal. Try to eat the same way as before, and it may become better.Hope I helped.God Bless |

| talk to your doctor and/or you parents. You could also speak to a school counselor if that is more comfortable for you. |
