I have awful issues with my heartbecause I'm so unhealthy, I need help, fast! How many calories ect should a 13 year old be eating?I weigh roughly 7 and a half stone.What food can I eat that's filling but healthy?What exercises can I do that's good for heart legs and arms???Thanks.

Guys (assuming you are a guy because of your avatar.) should consume around1900to 2000 calories per day, if you are an active typical teenager, if not you should get active by walking 15 to 30 min per day. that way you wont stress your heart. granted if your 13 and have heart problems you should be talking to a dr. not us. please be careful you are too young to stress about adult issues.good luck. ps you could go vegetarian, and I don't mean peanut butter and macaroni. start adding salads to a meal or 2 a day and the roughage from the veggis will give you fiber and fill you up quicker. Eat your salad first so perhaps you wont have as much room for your hot meal.
