I'm 5"2', and I weigh about 150lbs. I have started excersizing daily at the YMCA on the treadmill and eliptical for about 30min, as that is all the time that I can afford... :[Currently I'm trying to stay at about 600 calories per day...first off, what should I weigh, I mean, what is my perfect weight, aproximately, and secondly, is this healthy? How come I saw a girl post something like this at 185 lbs and people said it was healthy? Just a question, not critisism.

It's not healthy. You're malnourished.

Not really healthy, you need enough energy to supply you with the fuel to exercise with...and if you eat too little your body will start storing more because it thinks it is starving (which it sort of is) and will be harder to lose fat and get muscle.Eat a balanced diet and exercise. Go see the doctor they can tell you what you should be at and a healthy way to get there.

OK you must consume 1200 calories on a daily basis or your are malnourished. but most healthy people consume around 1500-1800 when you are exercising on regular basis. Talk to your doc to make a specific plan for your body.Good Luck
