Actually, you don't have to "diet" in fact to lose weight, I discovered this at the web portal in the box below, they have a lot of tips and tricks, I shed 7 pounds by following their tips.

The treadmill and ab lounge is good to use in conjunction with a healthy diet. Try monitoring your sugar intake and bad carbs and eating plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and lean meats and cut back on soft drinks and sweetened drinks. Drink plenty of water and try to eat six small meals to boost your metabolism instead of three big meals.

You didn't get to be 100lbs overweight in two weeks, so it only stands to reason that you're not going to see it go away that fast either. I know it's incredibly discouraging to work out and work out and then feel like you're getting nowhere. But trust me, if you keep exercising you WILL see results. You can't just give up and be like "I already tried that" if you didn't even _REALLY_ try it, you know? As for how to use what you've got, I am unfamiliar with how the ab loung works, but I'd assume like any other ab exercise just keep building up to a higher amount of reps. As for your treadmill, do intervals. Run for however long you can, the walk, then run. The change in pace will show more results than just doing one or the other.Good luck!

There are a ton of diets out there, and some are more healthy than others. But I'll leave the nutritional values you consume up to you. As for losing weight though, it is as simple as consuming less calories than you burn in a day. You can either do this by consuming less food to reduce calories, or exercise to burn calories. Either way works, but doing both works better.First thing you need to do is figure out how many calories your body naturally burns daily during its normal function plus any exercise you do. I really don't know how accurate these calorie calculators are, but in my experience, they seem to be within a 100 calorie margin of error. http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htmThose calculators might give you a basic idea of how many calories your body needs daily to maintain your current weight. Then it is simple, you eat less than that, you lose weight, more than that, you gain weight. And of course you have to account for any extra exercise or calorie burning you do. Find your maintenance # of calories, lower that by 200 or so... and make this number the max # of calories you will let yourself consume each day. Get yourself a notebook and try to keep track of all your calories (it isn't as bad as it sounds). Try to divide the maximum amount into several meals throughout the day, not just 2 or 3.If you don't see any weight loss in a few days, lower the daily amount of calories you consume some more. Keep in mind though, it is only healthy to lose 1 or 2 lbs a week. So if you only lose 2 calories a week, be happy with it. If you lose too much at once, your body may actually go into conservation mode and try to retain fat while burning muscle and other fuel sources. You may hit plateaus here and there where you will have to sit down and re-figure your calorie count. But be persistent. I talked my dad into trying this method and he's lost 30 lbs in 4 months.

First you need to focus on your diet. Focus on lean protein and veggies and try to eat smaller more frequent meals say 5-6 a day. This is a great way to boost your metabolism. The treadmill is a great piece of cardio equipment. Start off by doing 20-30 mins 5 times a week. Gradually pick up the pace until you can jog. Throw in some push ups and crunches after your done with your cardio and your all set. You have plenty of time to lose weight. Stick with it and you won't be disappointed. Hope that helps! http://www.mybigfatdiary.com

Eat fresh food only. No processed, canned or fast food. Burn more calories than you eat. You will steadily lose weight and be healthy.I keep a food diary on Health Tracker at www.prevention.com. It breaks down the fat, carbs and protein, plus tells me how many calories I burned. I found this helpful in not overeating carbs.
