| I'm a healthy and pretty lean 165-pound 5'11" 24-year-old male. I'm trying to stay in shape while building a little muscle and definition. I'm currently doing a 45-minute to hour-long run and ab workout twice a week, as well as a day of back & biceps and a day of chest & triceps for abotu 1-1.5 hours each time with someone who can teach me good lifting form and a variety of exercises. We also sometimes do a legs workout.Do you think this is a good workout regimen for me, and is there anything you think I should change or improve? Also, what would you recommend for my diet other than lots of protein and water? Thanks! |

| Your Diet is ok if you eat low fat and high protein, if you want more muscle you will ned to add at least 1 other weights session a week. Keep mixing up your weights and training and you will look great. |
