I'm pretty fit, I exercise regularly in martial arts and fitness club(running, ecliptical, weights etc) I do sit ups/press ups too. I eat well too. I don't eat hardly any chips/chocolate/biscuits/fast food. My diet is salads with tuna, tubu, soups, grained bread, wholewheat pasta, soy milk, tinned tomatoes...sometimes I eat rice too. I stay well away from meats except fish occasionaly. I drink on a saturday night usually.I have a small ponch(!) lower tummy and a little stuborn abdominal fat..also on my bottom and around upper tighs.Any tips..???I'm running more these days. How much should I be running a day to see quick noticable results? Any other better way to shift this lower body fat? I usually run around 3-4k in the morning, but, sure, not every day.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I can't say this enough now can I. You can't and I mean CAN'T target one area of your body to lose weight in. In order to lose your belly you have to lose weight all around. I don't know why you wouldn't eat fish or chicken breast those have loads of protein needed for weight loss.

I was watching a show about models and one person said to do about 200 sit ups a day to rid yourself of the fat in those areas, 200 at once but if it's too hard for you then try to work up to it. It will show a difference in about one or two weeks if done everyday.I tried it and it worked for me &&& good job with your super healthy diet

You could try an easy thing i just started. Basically what you do is you start off with warm-ups to get heart moving or something basic.(so you dont kill your body fast). You run as hard as you possibly can for 20 seconds then bring it down to an easy jog. You repeat the running and jogging for 3 minutes. You do this every day and it should come up with amazing results. also if you want to burn fat on your stomach try reverse sit-ups. instead of bringing your head to your knees you bring your knees to your head. Dont bring them all the way to your head but close. for extra resitance use weights on your feet. Also squats are good for you. Remember try it out first and if its not for you stop.
