I used to not miss a day for ANYTHING, but lately I just don't care anymore. I miss several days in a row, and tonight I feel like I need to but I hate the treadmill and since it was raining yesterday and today we couldn't go jogging on the trail we use.Plus, I'm going to miss the whole weekend.****I'm not asking if I'm going to gain weight from just THAT but I mean, like say I quit jogging completely (it's the ONLY exercise I get) or I just cut back to 4-5X times a week or maybe even less.*****Thanks. =)

no, if you just cut back to maybe 4-5 times a week you probably won't gain any weightyou don't want to overwork your body, its good take a day or two off from exercise or you'll feel overwhelmed and just quit all together

You shouldn't really start gaining weight again, just cut back on your eating habits. You don't need as many calories as before, so as long as your diet shifts with your decrease in exercise, you should be fine. You will lose muscle tone though, over a bit of time. The muscle might become flabby, and look a little like fat. However, still jogging a few times a week should prevent this.
