I just recently had my 3rd baby a few months ago. With my twins I lost the weight very quickly, I was also younger then. But now I just want to be in better shape and lose 15 or more pounds by december.Right now I am getting up a 5 am to walk, I walk a mile and a half since i have to get the kids ready and be at work by 7 am. I do work out for 30 mins in the after noon and walk another mile on the treadmill at 3.5. I stopped drinking sodas all I drink is water, I eat oatmeal or malt o meal for breakfast and I just add less than a teaspoon of honey to it. I eat healthy through out the day and I make sure not to eat after six pm. I just feel like I need to do more though. Any advice on what else I can do?

oKay so its not good to loose weight so soon. however, you can join a gym or if it is out of your convenience, you can jog as well as continue on the treadmill. also, you can do sit ups and cox sit balance it works for your abs. you can also bend and straighten your knees to let the leg muscles stronger! Good Luck

it sounds like you're doing pretty well already but try adding a light weights program in as well. It helps to tone up your muscles! Try sit ups and lunges or squats too, give you more strength in your legs, but then again if you have 3 kids you may not need to, you're probably bending down to pick them up! I do a light weights session at least twice a week with 3 sets of 15, with a 30 sec rest between each set. I do it at a gym though so maybe just grab some weights from a sports store and see how you go. you can also get ankle weights which you wear while walking, makes you work that much harder!

I do Kickboxing and well my Sensei says that after every workout u should eat lots of protein. Like grilled chicken and Fish but make sure not to fry it. Keep away from fried foods and from pasta, rice, potatoes. Look at this website: www.calorieking.com Hope i helped. Smile

i lost 20Kg by consuming less calories than I burn. walking/ running/ jogging one mile = only burns 100 calories. That's practically nothing. So don't worry about distance worry about time and intensity. Also when you work out for 30 mins make sure that you are sweating when you are done. Plus your body will get conditioned to the same routine everyday so change it up every week or two to make your body work harder.hope that helps. worked for me.good luck!
