The moment the belt starts moving it ticks. Its an electric powered, Sportscraft TX390 model, if that helps any.Any ideas of the cause of this steady ticking? It never stops the whole time the belt is running, even if I change the incline.Is there any way to fix the problem myself? if possible...Thanks in advance for your answers.

You can only try oiling it. It very difficult to diagnosed a problem without seeing it. Diagnosing a patient is more easy because it tells you where it is wrong. HAVE IT SEEN BY A MECHANIC.
