| I live in a very nice apartment complex that offers both treadmills and weights, free weights, etc. Whats the best way to get a good mix of both, I want to lose fat and gain muscle. Any suggestions? What kind of schedule should I prepare? Thank you. |

| Always do cardio after weight train...i would say at least 30 min of cardio minimum. As for weight training you want to make sure you do all of your muscle groups...a great thing for total upper is.....pull-ups. Do pull ups, someone said "If you can't do 10 pull ups you have no business doing bicep curls". Pull ups will get you the same bicep workout as curls but also strengthen your back and shoulders...don't substitute the lat pulldown for pullups. So basically just make sure you work in all muscle groups and 30 min. cardio. |
