So I have gone from 125 to 105 in weeks of dieting and hard exercising. I was pretty much on track for two months, until one day someone sent me 2 kilos of cookies and then I made this trip to DC. Ever since I came back, and I cannot stop binge. In the last two weeks I have been eating cookies, cakes and whatever sweets like a crazy. I do this for two days, then the day after or the 2 days after I go on fasting or veggie/fruit dieting. So basically I don't eat anything n any given day,but if I eat something, it is couple of bananas/apples or veggies, and that is it. But these days, it is cookies, so does it matter if I eat cookies but my intake of calories of cookies is less than outtake or less than 1000? Should I stop this? Or would I get fat if I continue? And I am trying to treadmill 30 minutes a day... Alsp, even after the horrible recent crimes with sweets, I am still between 105 and 110.... So it seems that it should be ok if I eat only sweets in a day without any other thing... what do you guys think....

It doesn't matter what you eat as long as you watch the calories so I think you're ok. Just don't eat cookies all the time because you need nutrition from meats, veggies and fruits too.

the key to any diet is moderation.I make one day a week a "treat" day. Example: Sunday I go out to eat with my cousin. I love my carbs...so I usually split a calzone with her.I wouldn't eat just sweats...but I wouldn't cut them out completely if you are craving them so much. There are healthier recipes for sweets too...which might also be an option.
