I've lost 20 lbs but still have those love handles! I want it to be gone and have a straight torso! Right now I do 30min speedwalk on treadmill on incline or elliptical on highest resistance and weight training.

HiExercise alone is not sufficient, follow a strict diet system for couple of months at least while maintaining exercise schedule, love handles take a lot of loving efforts to get eradicated but once they are gone, you know it was worth iti cannot give detailed diet chart etc here you have to search for itthanks

Considering you can't target an area for fat loss you're going to have to do some cardio. I'd suggest biking or swimming. Running if you have a nice track as it's tough on the knees. Look at see what your target heart rate is (depends on age) and do lots of long, low intensity workouts.good luck.

Im a certified personal trainer and my advice to you is to first get your nutritionall knowledge together. Stay away from foods high in trans and saturated fats, high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils. 40 minutes of a type of cardio (running, swimming, cycling, jumping rope, kickboxing etc..) that you enjoy at least 4 x a week. Mix up the type of cardio and shop and i mean shop and ask around about a good personal trainer. He should having you do high aerobic exercises mixed in with Resistancee training that you can handle for about 3 sets of 16-24reps . Remember!!! Wieghts that you can handle. I would also read as much as you can about fitness and nutrition. No fad dieting!!! I consistantly tell my clients daily to inform themselves about overall wellness by reading and looking up exercises. Hopefully that helped to a degree and good job on the 20lbs. Keep working hard, the juice will be worth the squeeze, i promise. Create a wonderful week.

Alot of times love handles are actually fat inside your stomach walls. I'd suggest something natural like acai. A quick google search got me http://www.acaifruitbenefits.com . Id add to that jogging and the combination of the two will get you skinny in about 1 month (I know)
