| I've been a vegetarian for 10yrs. At the beginning I was always tired and all that as I wasn'tt eating right as I was only 11, but now I've learnt what I need to keep me going. As long as you make sure you get your protein and eat loads of fresh vegetables, especially your greens for your iron youdon'tt need to worry too much. I believe it is recommended that you take vitamin B3 as you can only get it from meat-I think, but I never had and Im doing fine and Idon'tt even eat dairy. Keep it up, it may seem difficult to begin with, but It just becomes so natural to you so quickly, and you'll feel great! |

| You might find something like holland and barrett iron supplements useful. Really what you have to look out for is getting enough iron/vit b/protein so plan your diet appropriately. I find things like clif bars and such useful for snacks with some good nutritional value and a fair amount of protein (altho fairly expensive). |
