| I've been excersising and seeing little decrease, I'm getting fed up and angry. I want to lose weight, Asap.Don't give me, don't eat at all.I want to lose it in a healthy manner, the lowest I'll go are diet pills.I'm desperate and slightly pissed, if not a lot.Any good diet pills? |

| well diet pill don't always work & I personally don't know a lot about them but from what I have heard they don't have a great success rate. This website has a lot of weight loss info. http://www.freewebs.com/fatloss00 & it is a little wordy but there is a lot of good info. & on page 5 of the site it tells you how you can lose weight fast! Hope this helps you! |

| I feel the same as you. We just have to stay focused and have our eye's on the prize :)Try getting a Richard Simmons workout dvd. I know it sounds stupid but he really inspires me to fo well. And it's easy to follow and it doesn't have you gasping for air.As for diet pills I don't know anything about that. You should talk to your doctor have him recommend some.Good luck and stay motivated!! ^_^ |

| hello! now a dayz wght prob iz d most common one i guess...but don't worry i thnk home remedies r much safer n most preferabl ven it cums to health.........this remedie really works!!! juz add honey n few drops of lemon 2 warm water n drink every morn(empty stomach wuld b much better) n even wlkin atleast 1/2an hr playz imp role in loosing wght..(stop eatin rice in dinner).........try diz out........n diet pillz r not gud 4 health my dear........gud luck!!! |
