Just don't eat for a few weeks. That could work.

Maybe a month or two before you see results.I wouldn't recommend pills to lose weight. It pays to chnage your exercising program to something different every few weeks as this helps to lose weight.hope this helps

You don't need a pill. You need to write down everything that you eat on a note pad every day. You also need to walk, run, skate, dance -- anything that makes you sweat -- for 45 minutes a day.

if you are doing enough exercise, your fat is probably turning to muscle. muscle weighs more than fat, so if your losing inches but not pounds, just wait and stick to your diet. it'll come.

one dont ever miss a meal. insted of 3 meals make it 6 small meals. everybody is different. just keep doing what ur doing and ull see a different. i lost 40 lbs n i didnt even notice it until i got weighed. so dont keep worrying and just keep working out and eat right. believe me you will see results. also dont take pills very unhealthy and the reason why they work is what ur doing now. the only good thing about the pills r they can make u sick and kill ur liver. but thts not truly good thing now is it? so keep doin what ur doing n by the time u know it ull lose those pounds. plus dont stress that can cause u to gain

If you limit your carbohydrate intake for a few weeks you'll lose weight. avoid white bread, anything processed, anything with sugar. Eat lean meats, green vegetables, eggs, cheese, nuts. I've been doing the Atkins diet for a month and have lost 20 lbs. Haven't exercised at all! I'm lazy! It's pretty strict but it works.

I have struggled with weight issues myself. What helped me a lot was keeping a "food journal." Kind of tedious, but I know I was surprised at just how much I actually ate. I was built a lot like you (actually heavier) and have lost 60 pounds two years ago and kept it off. I have a large breakfast everyday. Healthy one, low sugar cereal, fruit, ect.I drink a lot of water and crystal light throughout the day. I've found that when I thought I was hungry I was actually thirsty. I buy sugar free/fat free foods and eat more veggies, fruits, lean protein. I also exersice 6 days a week. I leave myself a guilt-free day once a week not to exersise. You should always get a doctors approval before starting an exersise program though. Hope this helps.
