| skipping - jump rope for sure. high energy expenditure. works all muscle groups and is high aerobic exercise. |

| 10 min is too short. you need at least 30 mins to burn the fats in your body. walk is the best and easiest form of exercise. |

| I like to do 50 sit ups, but break them into 25. 20 lunges for the butt, and 10 leg lifts to work the stomach or the section below your belly button that the sit ups can't reach.Start out with 25 sit ups, rest one minute. Go into the 20 lunges, rest one minute. Laying flat on your back and hands flat on the floor by your sides, complete the leg lifts. And complete it with the last 25 sit ups!Hopes this helps! |

| buy the dvd called "10 Minute Solutions". I have it, it's really good. Each 10 minute segment works a different section of your body. |
