| which i obviously have to pass, this includes distances of up to 17 miles. Can anyone recommend a good exercise regime to get fit please??? |

| If you have a gym membership, the elliptical cross trainer is the best. If you don't have one buy a weighted vest walk as many miles as you can and do basic calisthenics. |

| What are you going for, special forces? You're a female...they wont take you. And when you go to your physical fitness exam, it's not 17 miles. I don't know who lied to you, but get that out of your mind now, you wont be running 17 miles, besieds...we have HMMWVs lolWhen you initially come in, you will have to do a few pushups, a few situps, and run a mile at most...once you get accepted, then you have to do the pushup, situps, and run a 2 mile course. That's it...no 17 miles. Now, you may have 17 minutes to run those two miles in, but that's a different story... |
