I want to lose weight. I have love handles and kinda of a beer belly. But I'm really not fat. I'm like 5ft and 120lbs. I just want to lose the extra weight. Anything good out there?

Diet pills are basically stimulants (ephedrine) which is used as a nasal decongestant. Long term use is seriously bad, and may not actually really help you loose weight. It acts as a stimulant (to slightly, slightly increase your metabolism), and acts as an appetite supressant, so you don't eat. Doing that can rob you of the nutrition that you need.Instead of a burger/fries, why not have a salad or a wrap instead? Also cutting down on portions and eating more frequently smaller amounts (5x a day small 'meals' instead of 3x large meals) will help keep your metabolism going at full-gear.Calorie-dense foods (fried/fatty ones) should be REDUCED (not eliminated), and fruit/veggies put in their place.Apples with the skin on and celery are also "negative calorie" foods as it takes more energy to digest them than the energy you gain from eating them.Replace white flour foods with whole wheat/whole grain things as well.Diet pills baddddddd

The ones with ephedrine are the only ones that really work, but they are also pretty dangerous and they don't work well enough to make it worth it. You need to be 18 to buy them and find a place that actually carries them. All the other diet pills are mostly just caffeine and placebo.

I struggled trying to lose weight after I gave birth to my second child. I tried all kinds of different pills and diets with no luck. One day I was watching Oprah and heard about a diet pill that really worked. I lost 44 lbs in 90 days. I wrote more about it on my blog. http://www.sarahsweightloss.info

Be careful with diet pills--I've had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah and Rachel Ray. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it's been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! I've lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills.

Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com Good luck and stay focused = )
