| none..i have tried most diet pills..they give you results at first but then you end up worse than you started..try losing weight the healthy way |

| I would sware by Nuphedragen...BUT this is along with health eating & exersise plan, is the only way to make it work, it will boosty your motabolizem, increase stamina, suppress appitite.. only do a max of 5 days off, giving your body a rest 2 days a week. |

| I wouldnt trust any diet pills myself. The government is pumping our food chain full of garbage. If you can get the movie Supersize me. It pretty much tells you everthing. I havent seen yet but it is supposed to have a good rating of viewers. Good luck and may God bless |

| Be careful with diet pills--I've had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah and Rachel Ray.
