| Ive had heard about this pill that they are very good and will lose weight fast. My question is when the gel dissolves in your stomach how its going to dissolve or let other liquids go through or are they safe to take. |

| Diet pills only work if taken correctly, and only if you do some work too. You cant just pop the pills and hope the weight goes away. It does not work like that. People have to eat and not exercise to get overweight and they have to portion control and exercise some to lose the weight. |

| Be careful with diet pills--I've had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah and Rachel Ray. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it's been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! I've lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills. |

| I do not know anyone who has managed to lose weight with form diet pills and I do deal with a lot of people who are dieting. Most pills are actually appetite repressents. thats all they are and are not a magical pill. As for Acai berries that someone else mentioned.. They are NOT for weight loss. They are a supplement.You also have to be careful where you buy them from. I read a report about some of the companies selling them scamming people. |
