The key for losing weight is easy - consume less food and move more - the problems arise when we actually try to put that into practice! There are loads of temptations out there aren't there?! I uncovered some splendid information by checking out the web resource in the box below, they have loads of instruction, I shed 7 pounds by following their techniques.

I really don't think so, at least not safely. walking is great exercise and with proper diet, you can lose that much weight. it will come off quickly at first, probably, but not all of it in 2 weeks.

Jogging on a treadmill for 1 hr is not going to do anything, why do you think all the people in the gym running always look the same...Jogging for 2 hrs is not going to make a difference. Why would jogging for 2 hrs help if 1 hr does not? In order to get the weight off you have to Run going at a steady pace is not going to get rid of the fat. Try this: Warm up for 2-4 mins by walking, then move up to 10mph (very fast!) Do this for 1 min and 30 seconds then go to 4mph and walk fast for 2 mins then go to 8mph (Still very fast) after 1 min and 30 seconds go back to 4 mph then repeat for 20 mins (The key is to get your heart rate up!) Do this and eat a healthy diet will work. If your not willing to change your diet then you will not see any changes in your body. Try cutting out High Fructose Corn syrup and saturated fats.

No, using a treadmill for an hour a day may lead to a weight loss of maybe 2-3 per wek but no way will you lose 2 stone, that's impossible.

If my math is correct, 2 stone = 28 pounds. That's not going to happen in 2 weeks. Jogging for one hour on a treadmill will boost major weight loss though. This is the diet I use when I need to take off some quick pounds:1) Go on the 5-4-3-2-1 diet http://www.easy-weightloss-tips.com/5-4-3-2-1diet.htmlIt works really well, but choose healthy foods to eat (lean protein, veggies, fruits, whole-grains, low-fat dairy, heart-healthy oils). You don't want your metabolism to get sluggish because that slows weight loss. 2) Give up all sweet drinks (even diet soda) and drink mostly water3) Give up all extra sodium (don't salt your food and don't eat salty food)4) Give up sugar (this is easy after the first three days)5) Be active 30-60 minutes a day (the more the better for your metabolism and for burning calories)Good luck!

To be honest, your better off with real jogging, in the park etc, u will enjoy it alot more and then will probably do it more often, very small ammounts of weights wouldnt be too bad either since it burns fat and tones up your muscles i bit, (dont be mistaken, when i say toned up i dont mean u will get big). Overall for losing weight and having a good body u should:Eat a balanced diet, dont pig out in 2 big meals in the day but have 4 small meals throughout the day all balanced with different foods to make sure you are getting everything, and count the calories u intake.Do a small amount of weight training cause this tones up muscles and burns off fat.Do situps/crunches/leg raises etc for your stomach muscles to get a flat stomach and good abs (the stomach of a model). And with those two do your jogging, on the tredmill for an hour but also do once or twice a week in the park etc for a few laps unless you get pains. good luck.

The answer to long lasting weight-loss and improved body shape is to find a program that provides a natural, nutritious diet (free of pills and supplements) and a tailored exercise program. I'm on such a program right now. Check out www.theabdominaldevelopmentsite.com - there is loads of information on the site and the best bit is, it works! Best of luck

No but if you was to walk for a minute on a slow speed then up the speed and run for one minute then repeat this process until you have had enough you will stand a better chance than just running alone because you are tricking your body the heartbeat beat goes up and down and you will burn fat much faster and loose weight.

A stone is 12 pounds thats 24 pounds in two weeks. Its not just unreaslistic but dangerous too. you can damage your health. Unless you are dangerously obese. Just using a treadmill alone will not enable you to make any siginificant weight loss, and you would need to spend an hour or two a day to see any weight loss.I suggest you find a suitable diet and combine it with an exericise program that combines cardio ( treadmill, cross trainer, running, swimming) with some light weights. The results will take longer but they will be permanent. Good luck
