|
|
| hey, i bought a cross trainer, and was, up till recently, going on it for about half an hour most nights. however i did it for about 3 months and it didn't feel or look like i had done any exercise. and it didnt give me that ache in the legs that running does, does this mean it doesn't really help my fitness at all? i really wanted to build up my leg muscle. please help if you know anything about it. thanks x |

| Cross trainers are an aerobic exercise not a strenght exercise, you need to weight bearing exercise to work your legs to build muscle. Lunges, squats, leg press, hamtring raise, seated and standing calf raise |
