I was wondering how i could lose weight, i am 17, 5 foot 9 and weigh around 225 lbs. I exercise all the time, i do upper body exercises and i do lower body exercises, also abdominal exercises, i also run on my treadmill. I cannot seem to lose any weight, i dont take diet pills and dont want to, i want to lose weight. I really want to play baseball for my school team nest year, and i cant make the team looking the way i do, please help. Does any one have any tips or suggestions, pleaseAlso there is a girl that i want to go out with and we are best friends and all but still i look fat and want that to be gone

it might be your just heavy? because you do a lot of exercise, your muscles may be the cause. they can add a lot of Im not saying stop excersisng, but just ignore your weight. as long as you stay healthy its fine.

Just Eat healthy, and don't eat junk all the time such as chips , and eating out a lot wont help either. If you're hungry u should eat some veggies..and continue to exercise and if u seem to get more muscular and look better, but your weight is more, just remember that Muscle weighs more than fat does =)

I only did what was being said in the 2nd article, and I've lost 17 lbs in 3 months. I've got 25 more to go. But I can tell you, that you won't need any other info than this to succeed.Best of luck.
