None. They are only temporary fixes. Lifestyle changes are the best.

seriously - i know you don't want to hear this, but not only are they "bad", but they're totally bad for you. aside from being bad for your heart - most also usually have terrible side effects - like nausea, dizziness, becoming jittery, increase in blood pressure, indigestion, etc. diet pills are not regulated by the FDA or any official government administration - so there's no guarantee that you'll actually lose the weight that the advertisements promise.in the past, i've tried (as a means for weight loss): metabolife, trimspa, slimquick, hoodia, no-doz - and each has proven to be a waste of money. my best advice to you? either skip the diet pills & adopt a healthier lifestyle (or restrict calories without using pills), or ask a close friend or family member what they've tried & whether or not it works. i've heard from coworkers that ALLI works, although it is expensive.if you do decide to use diet pills, please use them wisely. just know that there is no "magic pill" - and either way, you're going to have to put effort towards dieting & exercising no matter the pill you're taking. also make sure you're only taking the recommended doses - as taking more than that can cause even more serious problems. good luck w/ your weight loss =]

Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com Good luck and stay focused = )

Phentermine works good, but I think it now impossible to find. I heard Herbalife is good from what other people are telling me, and I plan to buy it as soon as I find out exactly how it works. I THINK Herbalife is mostly powders that you have to mix with liquid and replace you meals with the drink, but I'm not sure. I think they have pills too.
