| I need a daily exercise plan.Outline.Mon - Friday | 1.5 hours (please include fitness type i.e running and time and distance)Sat - Sunday | 2hours (Please include fitness type i.e running and time and distance)Please also include what meals I should consume- I like a lot of crisps :'(I am 15, not the best at determination to get myself through things. |
