| I'm 14 years old and I'm tall but skinny. I'm 5"7' and weight only a bit more than 110 lbs. I’m mature though, I have full mustache and beard and my voice is deep. My gym classes are starting in February and I want to get fit for it. I would also love to get, not necessarily bigger, but heavier. I'm starting to do very simple exercises without weights and I’m only a beginner. I read a lot and watch video about fitness though and I know stuff about it.The problem is my nutrition, I don't like eating fruits and vegetables. I like to eat meats, breads, milk, pastas, and things like that. I lay off the chips, pop and sugary stuff. I'm just worried about trying to get fitter without eating fruits and vegetables. I can eat bananas, I like potatoes, and lettuce on my chicken sandwich but that’s about it. My mom would make eggnogs randomly and give it to me and once she mixed milk and banana together. I do have this protein power called Quick Mass and I take about 50g of it with warm milk before I sleep after I exercise.I just wan to make sure I’m not doing anything bad for myself. I want to get healthier, fitter, bigger, and heavier… the usual stuff. Do you have anything to say to help me? |

| you cant get heavier with out getting bigger and just fruits and veggies wont do it. You need to hire a trainer who is certified in nutrition, with your parents consent. at your age you can grow muscle just by doing nothing and eating meat. aim for 1.8 grams of protein per lb of body weight and eat 6 times a day. |

| i only read the last 3 lines.be careful how much weight u put on. 1 pound of fat is worth 3500 kcal. if u were gonna lose that u'd have to sprint for 3 hours, or go on a strict diet for a week. its very hard to put on weight but its also very hard to lose it.eat healthy, eat protein, east fruit and veg, lift weightsthats all i'm sayin |

| I would hope that you've first got a set workout plan if not then your wasting your time.Also you might wont to try this new V8 drink it has fruit in it but it takes good.And WHEY protein,MUSCLE MILK, and CREATINE are more than likely the best for you to take.They help increase muscle size and MUSCLE MILK even burns fat! (but getting muscle milk light would be the best Choice). And I don't care who says it YOU DON'T NEED A TRAINER! Its a waste of money I'm 16 and in the best shape of my life,oh yeah i DIDNT GET A TRAINER EITHER! and it all started when i was 14! | If your going to eat vegitables and fruits do this. Get a blender or use mom and dads. Cut up a bunch of different fruit -whatever you want the more the merrier! And put in two handfuls of spinach. Blend it up into a smoothy. It tastes great and it will give you tons of energy. I use this every day4 strawberries, cup raspberries, cup blueberries, 2 carots, apple, 2 bananas, spinach, Ultimate greens supplement from GNC Ultimate fruits supplement from GNC and local honey. I blend this every morning and its great. Its a 32 ounce shake full of vitamins and minerals and anti- oxidents. remember fresh fruits and vegitables are better than cooked. When you cook things you ruin the nutrients. Look up Raw foods on you tube. You never see a gorilla in the wild get cancer right? It only eats fruit and vegitables, uncooked. Nuff said.If your going to eat a lot of meat eat white meat like chicken or turkey or fish. It may be hard to gain weight if you have a high metabolism. Your body might just burn calories too fast for you to put on weight. Sorry you have an Elf build. Don't worry just run and do a lot of bench pressing and shoulder workouts and you will have a tone body. Women like thin guys, just make sure you do some leg raises and keep your abs with a six pack. No one ever said Brad Pitt was too skinny huh? |
