| Because of very severe food allergens, I've had to resort to making my own smoothies to eat. I have other health problems resulting from poor nutrition. I've also had alot of damage to my stomach, esophagus, and duodenum. This are the liquid supplements that I add to my smoothies: Flax Seed Oil (For the EFA)DHA ARA L-Arginine L-CarnitineTaurineVitaminsMineralsProtein (from brown rice) Extra Liquid B'sProbioticsFolic AcidIs there anything else that I can add to my smoothies to make them more nutritionally complete? P.S. I don't eat meat, eggs, dairy (im allergic to milk), corn (I'm allergic), potatoes, refined sugar, gluten ( I have celiac diease), salt or salty foods (I have meiners diease). I don't eat anything that is processed. |

| You should ask a doctor or a health adviser before us, but I would say maybe try Omega-3s. |
