Hey! Im a 19 year old whos 5'1" and I have been told by my doctor that I should loose like 15 to 20 lbs. I weigh 150. I would really LOVE to loose 15 to 20 pounds by december. But how do I do it.I go to the gym 2 times a week, I live like 20 minutes away from camous and I walk to all my classes, I dont see a difference in my weight. I want to know if diet pills are ok, and what kinds of foods should I eat and stay away from?

make sure you take in at least 10,000 steps a day .. wear a pedometer .. if you can do more even better. Also decrease your calories at a bare minimum.

Do the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet! Some of my friends have lost weight on this diet and have kept it off! It's easy to follow, healthy and cheap. This diet shows you a new way of eating that maximizes your metabolism. A fast metabolism will enable your body to burn more calories and fat, therefore you lose weight. Most people lose about 10-15 lbs a month, so your goal of 15 to 20 lbs by December is definitely achievable.

My brother knows the gal that started this website and I'm trying her program now, I just started yesterday but I'm very excited about it. The foods are super easy and she gives an awesome list of 100 calorie snacks and easy, alternative meals, plus fast food options. My brother knows people who lost 8 or 9 pounds the first week on the diet using all of her advice.

even if you loose the 15 pounds over a six month time period is okay as long as it's healthy...u shouldn't go fast...try staying away from sugars and fast food...hit the gym and play cardiovascular excercises...try to eat less portions of food in each meal, and do not eat alot befor you go to sleep..you should go to the gym 4-5 times a week, and stay away from any pill...what you shold also consider losing is your body fat %...150lbs is okay as long as your body fat % is between 10-15%... and also search on similar topics in the web...subscribe for anything that can help u becuz i did before and it really helped!!

1. Try to find out how much you weigh, multiply it by 13 and that is how much calories you would need each day. If you weigh around 160 lbs. you will need approximately 2000 calories for energy every day.2. Replace all the foods you eat with low fat and low calorie foods without sacrificing how much you eat so you will never deprive yourself and feel hungry.3. If your schedule at work doesn't allow you time for a good exercise then you can replace it with any other physical activity to help in your energy consumption like walking to or from work if it's just a short drive away.

Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com Good luck and stay focused = )

For fast weight loss I would suggest http://www.squidoo.com/Fat-Loss-4Idiots-diet .Fat loss 4 idiots claims that you can lose 9 pounds in every 11 days with their diet generating program. Also they are offering 100 percent money back guarantee which shows how much effective their diet plan is.
