Ok so I need to loose weight in 9 days how? with no fake diets, pills, just healthy eating plans and exerisises!!!

The most your allowed to lose in a week for a healthy weight loss is 1-3 pounds. So in 9 days you would lose too much. You would have to stick to a pretty strict eating plan and exercises though. Heres what you should be eating (example):Breakfast: Oatmeal with skim milkSnack: small apple Lunch: Tuna in brine/waterSnack: celeryDinner: Grilled chicken with vegiesBut thats just sort of an idea of what you should be eating. Along with exercising atleast 45min-1hour everyday (mostly cardio).

dud to loose weight u SURE NEED TO DO EXERCISE.Exercises are the most Important thing , believe me , just go out run a mile and do some knee benders , push ups, flouter kicks , chest workouts and all that , believe me to what i am saying.
