| I'm fourteen years old, & I'm 5'1 & Weigh 120!I want to lose about 10 pounds in one week.I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR "thats not healthy"I WANT TO DO THIS!Would this make me lose a lot of weight??Breakfast: Diet pill, one egg & A glass of waterLunch: A Turkey sandwitch without the bread & cheese with a bottle of waterSnack: Nutri-grain barDinner: Whatever my mom makes but Half of what I would normally eat, Plus veggies.:)Oh yeah, plus some excersise.& If this wonto work, please TELL ME SOMETHING THAT WILL |

| You will lose 10 pounds in a week maybe more. But you'll gain it all back and then some also you'll feel like sh1t. GOod luckwhy would you want to lose 10 lbs in a week any way |

| omg that's retarded, sorry but you could get an eating disorder like this, besides you don't need to loose weight, you are at a healthy weight.just make sure you eat 1200 calories per day and exercise if you want to loose weight, but if you want to loose it then don't loose more than 20 pounds or such...and you can;t loose 10 pounds in a week that;s not possible, or if it is, it wont be permanent, you'll gain it all back in a moment. |

probably will work id add eating some hard boiled egg whites for hunger pains and drink lots of green tea ! and tons of water! but if u go off a crash diet like this u will probably gain it back soon after maybe if u add calories back after try them to be healthy ones and excersize to blance it out so u wont gain back the 10 pounds u lost  |

| 120 is a fine weight for someone who is 5'1". 110 can be healthy too, so I'm not trying to tell you to change your mind, but I think it's important to recognize that you're fine the way you are right now, so if you lose the weight it's really more just like a "bonus".If you can, it would be better to eat a bigger breakfast and a lighter dinner. Maybe you can convince your mom to let you eat a bit less for dinner if you show her that you're being healthy by eating a full breakfast. Not eating after 8:30 at night is a really good way to help lose weight because if you go to sleep with a full stomach your body converts it to fat overnight and none of it gets burned off. Cutting lunch down that much might not be the best idea in the long run either - eating a bit more will help give you the energy you need to exercise, and once you build up some muscle that muscle will help you burn excess fat. |

| You cant lose ten pounds in a week. A pound of fat is about 3000 calories. You cannot possibly burn that off. You are trying the atkins diet in the morning and afternoon, but not at night. It is probably a better strategy to eat balanced meals without going hog wild.Its good that youre planning this out. Probably ten pounds in a month is a good goal. Good luck. |

| hey there,,,if want to loose 10 lbs in one week what u have isnt gunn cut it. Go on the cottage cheese diet, where u eat a decent amount of cottage cheese everyday. Dont eat after 630, exercise everyday, drink ALOT of water. Definatly not healty, but good if u want to loose weight for an event or something. Once u start eating like normal again u will gain it all back. The best thing to do is to lose about 2 lbs a week by eating lots of fruit and veggies and lean meats. low fat diets are the best, such as weight watchers or HOP. Atkins and south beach are TERRIBLE, and u will ruin ur body if u do that shizz |
